PROFESSIONAL USE

All graphics and images contained in the kits and elements available from Crystal Nale Designs are copyrighted by Crystal Nale with all rights reserved.

You MAY:

1. Use the products in your photography and/or design business to create custom cards, layouts, invites, promotional mailers, etc. for your clients provided that they only receive final, flattened versions of the product (i.e. no psd files, no individual papers/elements files, etc) or physical printouts of the designs.

2. Change or alter the size, color, and shape of the elements you have purchased.


You MAY NOT:

1. Claim these graphics as your own either in their original state, or in an altered state.

2. Sell items created with the products in any online venue. For instance, you may not have customers send you their photos, use my templates or elements to design a photo card for them, and then ship prints to them.

3. Distribute these graphics in any format except for the uses defined above. In no way may you design templates with these pages to sell on any CD, website, eBay or in any other form. Creating a template to sale using my graphics is not allowed.

4. Print or have printed these papers for sale or distribution via Internet, kits, retail locations or any other venue.

5. Share these files with friends, family, etc.

6. Produce projects for mass production or distribution. This license allows for small business use only. Projects involving mass production are not allowed. Any printed or online use resulting in more than 500 views or copies per project are not allowed unless prior permission is obtained.

7. Use any of my products to create similar products. For instance, you may not use a portion of a paper design to create another paper design or use brushes to design paper or elements to be sold in kits.
